Data Changelog

This log lists material data refreshes and trust-surface changes on PlainDiscipline. Each entry is past-tense and tied to a repository commit or database metadata row; we do not invent rows to pad the list. How reports are verified is on the editorial & corrections policy. To report an issue, use the contact page with the page URL and the value that looks wrong.

Found an error? Report a data issue and we will verify it against the published source. Confirmed errors are fixed in the database pipeline, not just on a single page.
